Jazz and Pop with a French twist comes to Morcott! Oh La La! is a charming and sophisticated quartet performing music and songs from a wonderful repertoire, including classic jazz, Musette (Parisian folk) Chansons Realistes (made famous by Edith Piaf) and a selection of French favourites and pop tunes.
The group appears at Morcott Village Hall on Saturday 2 March at 7.30pm.
Featuring Fifi la Mer on vocals and accordion, Will de Biste on double bass, Xavier la Roche on guitar and Charles Louis d’Ince on violin, the band has performed at venues across the UK including The Royal Opera House and Ronnie Scotts, and toured internationally to Europe, North America, Australia and Japan.
