Pat Simmonds & Su DeBar are organising an afternoon of Christmas cheer & chat, with another Made in Morcott stall giving you the opportunity to buy home-made jams, jellies, preserves and chutneys. There will be hand-crafted gifts; potted-up spring bulbs and other presents for gardeners, and even vintage style.
There will also be a raffle with great prizes, and an auction for a beautifully-iced cake kindly made by Emily Joyce.
The Bazaar is on Saturday 10 December in Morcott Village Hall, starting at 2pm. Admission is £1.50 which includes a mince pie & a hot drink.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the new Dove Cottage Day Hospice in Ridlington. The hospice offers palliative day care to people living in Rutland so this is a wonderful local cause well worth supporting – and it will be a sociable and fun afternoon!
