Tickets are now on sale for “Cameos of Christmas” our early December entertainment. It is on Sunday 9 December 2018 starting at 4.30pm in St Mary’s Church Morcott.
Get the festive season off to a great start with mulled wine, mince pies and candlelight!
“Cameos of Christmas” is a celebration of the season in prose and poetry.
There are readings to move you and make you laugh, ranging from Charles Dickens to Laurie Lee via Alan Coren, plus a few favourite Carols to sing.
The event starts at 4.30pm with a mug of mulled wine and a mince pie before the entertainment begins.
The church heating will be on, but we’ll also provide cosy blankets. The programme ends at approximately 6pm – so you’re home in time for tea: it’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
